Children’s Defense Fund Action’s non-partisan Legislative Report Card takes a comprehensive look at the legislative work each Member of Congress has done on behalf of our children.
Our Report Card draws on political science research on quantifying legislative action and applies those principles to create a comprehensive view of the work being done in Congress. In our model, Members of Congress get credit for sponsoring, cosponsoring or voting for legislation that would help children in America.
